If a rate, date or link is wrong, tell us what you found and, if possible, where the agency publishes the current figure. We check every report against the official source and update the page and its review date when a correction is needed.
What we cannot help with
We are not a government agency or a law firm. We cannot investigate an employer, recover unpaid wages or advise on an individual case. If you believe you are paid less than the minimum wage, contact the agency listed under “Get help or file a claim” on your state or city page, or the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division at 1-866-487-9243.
Suggest a place
If your city or county has adopted a minimum wage that is not on the list of local rates, send us the ordinance or the city’s announcement and we will add it after checking it.
